Newhaven Empty Sites and Property Fund

The Newhaven Sites and Empty Property Fund is a oneoff capital fund designed to support the delivery of new sites and empty commercial floorspace that allows new and existing businesses to scale up and invest for the benefit of the town. The primary purpose is to increase and improve business accommodation and to help create new employment opportunities in the town.

Newhaven Low Carbon Investment Fund

The Low Carbon Investment Fund is for any company operating in Newhaven that wishes to pursue business growth by developing low carbon products and/or incorporating low carbon processes or services. This may be achieved through pure research and development (R&D), capital investment or environmental aid support.

For grants that we don’t manage ourselves, our team offer a free initial consultation to discuss what support you need to apply for the grant. We operate on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis. If your grant application is successful you will pay a fee (agreed at the outset) of between 5 and 10% depending on how much you need us to do.
