We are thrilled to be working with Newhaven Enterprise Zone to deliver the Newhaven Sites and Empty Property Fund and the Low Carbon investment Fund to spur development in the town.
We are delighted to announce that we will shortly be working closely with Newhaven Enterprise Zone (NEZ) to deliver up to £300,000 worth of grant funding via the Newhaven Refurbishment of Employment Space Fund and the Low Carbon Investment Fund to local businesses in Newhaven, allowing the redevelopment of disused sites and land to aid local economic growth whilst also encouraging new sustainable business practices and operations to support more local businesses move towards net zero.

This fund supports the revitalisation of vacant or underused commercial properties in Newhaven. Grants of up to £25,000 are available to help with feasibility studies, site investigations, pre-planning work, and business case development. It’s designed to bring unused spaces back into productive use, creating new opportunities for local businesses and jobs.
Low Carbon Investment Fund
This scheme supports businesses in Newhaven to transition towards more sustainable practices by incorporating low-carbon technologies and processes. It provides funding to companies looking to develop low-carbon products or services, helping them grow while contributing to environmental sustainability.
