Studio 3 Art was announced as the winner at the awards ceremony held at Saxon Hall in Rochford on Thursday 12 March, recognising the business’s creative approach to art, sustainability and community engagement. Founded by artist Caroline Corrigan Parker, Studio 3 Art is an independent studio based in Berry’s Arcade on Rayleigh High Street, and transforms creative waste into profitable, personalised products while using an innovative commission model that supports local artists.
Specialising in vibrant acrylic fluid art, Caroline launched Studio 3 Art after pivoting from a career in medical software to pursue her passion for painting. She describes her studio as not just a workspace, but a place where ‘imagination comes to life’.
On winning the Innovation and Tech Award, Caroline said:
“This recognition means so much – not just as a personal milestone, but as a celebration of everything the Studio represents: creativity, community and connection.’
Organised by Rochford District Council in association with Toomey Motor Group, the annual awards celebrate the achievements, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit of businesses across the Rochford district. The 2026 programme featured ten categories recognising organisations that are helping drive economic growth and community impact locally.
The Innovation & Tech Impact Award, sponsored by Let’s Do Business Group, recognises organisations using new ideas, technology or creative approaches to transform their sector or deliver innovative solutions.
Creative innovation rooted in community
In addition to specialising in fluid art and offering original artwork and limited edition prints, Studio 3 Art also offers a unique jewellery line made from recycled leftover paint, transforming excess materials from art sessions into pendants, earrings and other accessories - reflecting a commitment to sustainability and creativity.
She also developed her offering to include jewellery commissions made from the ashes of loved ones - creating sentimental custom pieces that are truly special.
Supporting local innovation
As sponsor of the Innovation & Tech Impact Award, Let’s Do Business Group was proud to recognise the forward-thinking approach demonstrated by Studio 3 Art. Judges of the category were impressed with Caroline’s focus on sustainability and community involvement, and how Studio 3 Art brings a unique offer to a Rochford high street.
“Studio 3 Art is a fantastic example of how innovation can take many forms in business. Caroline has combined creativity, sustainability and community collaboration to build something truly distinctive in Rayleigh. We were delighted to sponsor this category and congratulate Studio 3 Art on a very well-deserved win.”
